MSSC relies on multiple volunteers to keep costs low.
This spring, the MSSC BOD has moved to change how volunteer hours will be credited. Going forward, we will be adding the volunteer fee into the player season payment. Once the families have completed their 2 hours of volunteer time, they will be credited the $50 and receive a check from the club at the end of the season. Parents should email the club at firstname.lastname@example.org with the completed volunteer hours, including a description of their work and time/date. We will also be asking for them to cc the manager of their team on the email. A list of pre-approved activities that count towards volunteer hours is below. If a parent wishes to do something outside of this list, it must be something that directly benefits the club and also be pre-approved by the MSSC BOD. The parent may email the email@example.com for pre-approval.
